WTA Annual General Body Meeting:

This meeting is being rescheduled from July 31 to August 8th 5 P.M at the Deer Park Center due to delay in board member transition.

Please recognize it is crucial for member from each household to attend the above meetings and have your input.

WTA Community Center:

The community center we have been looking at on Lathem Drive has been sold out. Therefore the advance loan checks obtained from the public will be returned to respective individuals by WTA cashier Phurbu Tsering. He will be at the Saturday school every Saturday from 10:30 A.M to 1:30 P.M. Phurbu Tsering can be contacted at 608-335-7634.

WTA Annual Picnic:

WTA annual picnic has been reserved at Rennebohm Park on Saturday, August 7. New WTA board members will organize this picnic.

If you haven't done (Kalon Tripa)vote registration you can do it on picnic day and please bring your green book.

1. VOTING FOR KALON TRIPA & CHITUE ELECTION REGISTER BEFORE AUGUST 15,2010 IF

YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED.

2. THE PRELIMINARY ELECTION (NGONDRO) WILL BE HELD ON

OCTOBER 3, 2010.

3. AFTER THE PRFELIMINARY ELECTION, THE ELECTION

COMMISSION WILL SELECT THE TOP SIX PERSONS WITH

THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF VOTES AND THESE SIX PEOPLE

WILL BE THE KALON TRIPA CANDIDATES.

4. THE FINAL ELECTION WILL BE HELD NEXT YEAR ON

MARCH 20, 2011.

The 1st Sunday of every month there will be a children's activity coordinated by Alyssa Tsagong and Savitri at the Deer Park Gonpa.
